M<Other Tongues

Kicked off in 2012 with a collaborative performance called “Gut Sounds Lullaby,” m<other tongues is a series of interwoven art-research projects that investigates questions of human language acquisition and expanded possibilities for ecological storying through multispecies kin-making and microbial entanglements. Recent projects involve collaborative artistic-curatorial research with Laboratory for Aesthetics and Ecology and Kultivator, a radical art-agriculture platform based in Oland, Sweden, along with ongoing creative research in the barnyard and local/global forests of the R.A.W. home-base in Philomath, Oregon.
